Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we confirm and ship it. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill, including orders affected by a stock or listing error, and we will tell you promptly when that happens.

Pricing and availability

Prices and stock levels are kept as current as we can make them, but errors happen. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price or shows in stock when it is not, we will contact you with the correct information before charging or shipping anything you did not agree to.

Product use

The tools and supplies we sell are professional equipment. Use them according to the manufacturer's instructions and with appropriate safety gear. Product specifications come from the manufacturers and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime and lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
