What we collect

When you place an order we collect what an order needs: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card numbers go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. When you contact support or sign up for the newsletter we keep the email address and the message you sent. Like most sites, we also collect basic analytics about which pages are visited.

How we use it

Order details are used to fulfill and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, and handle returns or warranty claims. Newsletter addresses are used only for the newsletter, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Analytics are used to understand what buyers look for so we can stock and organize the catalog better.

Who else sees it

We share information only with the services an order passes through: our payment processor, the shipping carrier that delivers your box, our email provider, and our analytics provider. We do not sell customer information to anyone.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for helping you. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
