This is a professional quality aviation type set of snips with drop forged alloy steel serrated blades that are hardened and tempered for strength and durability. They feature heavy gauge heat-treated carbon steel handles with a safety latch lock and vinyl grips with thumb stops to prevent slipping. A special compound leverage design allows cutting up to 18-gauge metal with minimal effort. This is set includes a right, left and straight cut snip each with color coded handles.
