These grinders are designed for heavy-duty industrial use. The all ball-bearing motor and rugged metal construction, combined with dynamically balanced wheels result in very smooth operation. Other features include shatter proof safety shields, with rear dust ejectors on both models, fully adjustable tool rests, removable wheel guards for easy wheel changing, heavy duty on-off switch and two 3/4" thick wheels, both coarse and fine. Includes an adjustable work lamp. The motors are 3,450 rpm, 6 Ohm, and single-phase 115 volts. The 6" grinder is 1/2HP and 3amps; the 8" is 3/4HP and 7 Amps. UL approved. 1-Year Warranty.
